BOYU supply 3~5days engineering support for operation & maintenance training on your work site, but you have to pay for the cost of accommodation, transportation and round trip ticket.
BOYU will provide some easily damaged parts of the equipment to ensure the normal operation.
If any quality problems such as design, manufacture, function or procedure occur within the guarantee period, BOYU shall take full responsibility and bear all the economic losses incurred.
If any other quality problems occurs within the guarantee period, BOYU shall provide online video service after receive the buyer’s notice in 24 hrs.
